Unlike the Trump Executive Orders tool, this market tracks a broader category of presidential actions—including executive orders, proclamations, and presidential memoranda. If Trump signs or issues any presidential action during the week, the market resolves Yes.

Because this market covers a wider range of actions than executive orders alone, it tends to resolve Yes more frequently.

How to use the data

The day-of-week breakdown and historical percentages are most useful as the week progresses. Presidential actions tend to cluster on certain days, and knowing the historical patterns gives you a data-driven baseline for whether the market is fairly priced.

For example, if it's Wednesday and no actions have been issued yet, you can look at historical data to see how often that situation still resulted in at least one action by the end of the week—and compare that to the current YES price on Kalshi.
