How to use the Mamdani Executive Orders Tool

Mamdani Executive Orders Tool showing weekly EO counts and historical patterns

The Mamdani Executive Orders Tool shows historical data on NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani's executive order signings to help you get an edge on "How many executive orders will Mamdani sign this week?" markets on Kalshi.

This tool is included in all Prediction Markets Pro subscriptions at no extra cost.

What's included

  • Weekly EO counts – How many executive orders Mamdani has signed each week historically
  • Day-of-week breakdown – Percentages of EOs signed by day of the week
  • Historical percentages – Data to help you determine fair market price based on how many EOs have been signed so far this week
  • Live Kalshi prices – Current market prices pulled directly from Kalshi

Important: Emergency executive orders do not count for this market. Only standard executive orders count toward the weekly total.

How to use the data

The day-of-week breakdown and historical percentages are most useful as the week progresses. Knowing which days Mamdani tends to sign EOs gives you a data-driven baseline for whether the current Kalshi market price is fair.

For example, if it's midweek and no EOs have been signed yet, you can check the historical percentages to see how often a signing still occurred by week's end in similar situations—and compare that to the live YES price on Kalshi.

Note: Mamdani's first week in office was an extreme outlier, with 10 executive orders signed in 5 days. This data is excluded by default in the tool to avoid skewing the historical patterns, but you can toggle it back on using the "Include First Week" option.
