These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Odds Assist Pro, a service operated by Upper 9 Media LLC ("we," "our," "us"). Odds Assist Pro is available at pro.oddsassist.com, a subdomain of oddsassist.com.

By using Odds Assist Pro, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

Odds Assist Pro provides sports betting tools and picks for informational and entertainment purposes only.

  • We do not guarantee winnings or profits.
  • You are solely responsible for your betting decisions.

2. Age Requirement

Odds Assist Pro is intended for users 21 years of age or older. We do not verify age, and you are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

  • You must create an account to access free or paid picks.
  • You may sign up using Google or Facebook login.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

We offer several subscription packages.

  • Season packages end automatically at the conclusion of the relevant season (e.g., Super Bowl for NFL).
  • Monthly and weekly packages automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless cancelled.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, including during the season.

5. Cancellations

  • Monthly or weekly subscribers who cancel will retain access until the end of the paid period.
  • Season packages cannot be cancelled for a refund once purchased.

6. Free Trials

We may offer free trials for a limited time.

  • We may require payment information to start a trial.
  • You will not be charged until the trial ends.
  • At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically start and be billed unless you cancel before the trial expires.
  • We may limit eligibility to prevent abuse, including restricting multiple trials per person or household.

7. Payment Information & Fraud Prevention

  • You must provide accurate and authorized payment details.
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
  • We may refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraud, unauthorized use, or pricing errors.

8. Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive service updates, marketing emails, and promotional materials from us. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use OA Pro for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer our systems
  • Use automated tools or bots without our permission
  • Share your account or distribute our content without authorization

10. Service Availability & Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of OA Pro at any time without liability. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or access issues.

11. Third-Party Links

Our service may link to third-party websites, including sportsbooks. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or products.

12. Intellectual Property

All picks, analysis, and related content are our property and for personal use only. You may not copy, share, or resell our content without written permission.

13. Disclaimers

  • Odds and lines may change at any time. We do our best to have the most accurate data but it may be out-of-date, missing, or incorrect.
  • Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
  • We do not guarantee any winnings from using our tools or picks.
  • We are not a sportsbook and do not accept bets.
  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

14. Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Upper 9 Media LLC from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your misuse of OA Pro or violation of these Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in unlawful activity.

17. Refund Policy

All sales of subscriptions to Odds Assist Pro are final. Because our content is digital and delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with picks or results.

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or erroneous billing
  • Technical issues that prevent access to your purchased content and cannot be resolved

To request a refund under these conditions, contact support@oddsassist.com within 7 days of the billing date.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, and disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.

19. Severability & Waiver

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

20. Responsible Gambling
